Gaza University hosted a meeting at its campus in Gaza City, bringing together university administration and representatives from Yabreen Company to celebrate the release of academic degrees for a group of students. Professor Hassan Abu Jarad welcomed the company’s delegation—led by General Manager Nidal Joudeh—along with the graduates and their families. He expressed his gratitude for the company’s efforts in supporting students and alleviating the hardships caused by the difficult economic conditions currently facing the Palestinian people, noting that the university actively seeks to engage with local and international institutions to provide assistance to its students.
Nidal Joudeh, General Manager of Yabreen Company, emphasized the importance of synergy between Palestinian economic institutions and educational establishments. He highlighted that facilitating the release of academic degrees enables graduates to enter the labor market, thereby easing the economic burden on their families. He further affirmed the company’s commitment to supporting various segments of society as part of its corporate social responsibility toward the Palestinian people.
For their part, the students' parents expressed their appreciation to both Gaza University and Yabreen Company for their support. Dr. Maher Joudeh noted that the university spares no effort in assisting students from the very moment they enroll, underscoring the vital connection between the university and the broader community.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Professor Hassan Abu Jarad presented an honorary plaque to Nidal Joudeh and his delegation in recognition of their contributions to supporting the students of Gaza University.
