Intro:
Influencing and being influenced by the social environment, the Faculty of Engineering is one of the most significant faculties, it is the output of social environment on one hand, and on the other hand, it is one of the community tools to create prominent engineers, who enjoy technical, professional and intellectual leadership. Hence, each faculty has its own vision, mission and strategic goals that strives to accomplish.

Vision:

The Faculty of Engineering aspires to be a beacon towards excellence in engineering education and applied research in the various engineering fields at the local, regional and global levels to contribute in the making of human civilization.

Mission:
To provide students with a comprehensive and stimulating education, professional skills, applied research, and knowledge that will enable them to succeed in future jobs that adapt to the work environment and become leaders of tomorrow, who can deal with the local, regional and global market challenges. The Faculty of Engineering is market-oriented, and pertains to the needs of industry and communities, striving to contribute to sustainable economic development through innovative research and highly qualified personnel.

1. Developing more student-centered programs toward a distinguished engineer.
2. Building competing engineers capable of creativity and excellence at regional and international levels.
3. Developing the academic level of the faculty in order to be able to grant master’s and doctoral degrees in various engineering disciplines according to the needs of the Palestinian society.
4. Elevating the efficiency of scientific research to be compatible with the needs of the local community.

The Faculty of Engineering is keen to serve the community and find scientific and
engineering solutions to the various problems it faces in all fields. The faculty has
worked on facilitating scientific and engineering cooperation with local institutions
and linking students to them.
In addition to its educational and research role, the faculty strives to support and help
its students to advance, develop, and increase engineering and knowledge capabilities
and skills through communication with civil society institutions according to the
following:

1. Communicate and collaborate more effectively with the local industries and
community.
2. Train students in public and privet sectors operating in various engineering
fields.
3. Develop practical scientific studies and research that address issues in
developing societies.
4. Create specialized research centers to contribute in finding solutions to
engineering problems in the society.
5. Build an effective partnership with academic institutions locally and globally.
