    لقد بدأت الفكرة في العام 2005 من قبل مجموعة من الإخوة المنتمين لهذا الوطن والمهتمين بإقامة جامعة فلسطينية وطنية مستقلة في غزة هاشم؛ لتشكل إضافة نوعية لا كمية، جامعة رائدة متعددة التخصصات والاهتمامات الأكاديمية والبحثية، ونموذج لجامعة وطنية تأخذ بالمعايير العالمية، من حيث القدرة على تطبيق البحث العلمي ذي المردود المجتمعي، وأن تكون جامعة لكل الفلسطينيين، نستطيع من خلالها تحقيق طموحاتنا في رفد المجتمع الفلسطيني بكوادر شبابية علمية مثقفة ومنتمية لهذا الوطن وهذا المجتمع، وقادرة على تلبية احتياجاته والإسهام في تطويره ورفاهيته، وبالفعل وبعد جهود مضنية ومتواصلة تم إقامة المنشآت والمباني والمرافق، وتم عمل التجهيزات اللازمة والضرورية إلى أن حصلنا على الاعتمادات اللازمة لجامعة غزة من قبل وزارة التربية والتعليم الفلسطينية في العام 2008 شاملاً اعتماد ثلاثة كليات مع برامجها المختلفة لتصبح مؤسسة تعليم عالي فلسطينية مرخصة ومعتمدة، ومع تواصل العمل والجهود من قبل مجلس الإدارة ومع تواصل النشاط الأكاديمي، والأنشطة والفعاليات الأخرى داخل الجامعة وخارجها من قبل رئاسة الجامعة والطواقم الأكاديمية والإدارية، وبالتعاون مع المجتمع المحلي، والتفاعل مع قضاياه المختلفة تحقيقاً لأهداف الجامعة وغاياتها، تطورت مسيرة الجامعة، واستطاعت الحصول ليس فقط على اعتمادات لكليات وبرامج جديدة بل أيضاً استطعنا الحصول على ثقة الوزارة والمؤسسات والمجتمع المحلي بجامعة غزة وطلبتها وخريجيها، وهذا يشكل مصدر فخر واعتزاز لنا جميعاً خاصة وأننا ننطلق اليوم وخلال فترة زمنية قصيرة بعدد 6 كليات ببرامج متنوعة ومتميزة.

During the past few years, GU has achieved noticeable efficiency and advanced progress at various levels, and has become a shining academy of science and scientific research by providing its students with scientific and educational requirements, qualified professors, academic guidance, advanced laboratories, and student activities.  It provides them with an academic platform of scientific, cultural, research and training agreements with institutions and official bodies from inside and outside Palestine.

It encompasses several faculties and academic programs including BA and diplomas, in the fields of sciences and humanities. Currently, it has expanded to include numerous master's programs in business administration, media, law, and education. The university currently comprises eight faculties offering 35 distinctive majors. At present, the university is actively seeking additional licenses to open new faculties and offer specialized programs.

The Board of Trustees tirelessly works, in collaboration with the University Presidency, to develop and advance Gaza University, aiming to attain its deserved position among local, Arab, and global higher education institutions. This is achieved through a commitment to quality and excellence by attracting competent individuals in various academic and administrative fields. The tasks of the Academic Committee include:

• Developing strategic plans for the enhancement of all academic programs at the university and adding new specializations that align with job market needs.
• Reviewing recommendations regarding changes to the curricula and all aspects of academic systems.
• Supporting and organizing cultural, social, and sports activities at the university.
• Approving the curricula for academic departments at the university.
• Monitoring the academic development process of the university's programs.
• Maintaining continuous coordination with the Quality Assurance and Academic Development Department to identify the developmental needs of the university.
• Providing the university with advice and observations to improve the performance of the faculties.

    لقد بدأت الفكرة في العام 2005 من قبل مجموعة من الإخوة المنتمين لهذا الوطن والمهتمين بإقامة جامعة فلسطينية وطنية مستقلة في غزة هاشم؛ لتشكل إضافة نوعية لا كمية، جامعة رائدة متعددة التخصصات والاهتمامات الأكاديمية والبحثية، ونموذج لجامعة وطنية تأخذ بالمعايير العالمية، من حيث القدرة على تطبيق البحث العلمي ذي المردود المجتمعي، وأن تكون جامعة لكل الفلسطينيين، نستطيع من خلالها تحقيق طموحاتنا في رفد المجتمع الفلسطيني بكوادر شبابية علمية مثقفة ومنتمية لهذا الوطن وهذا المجتمع، وقادرة على تلبية احتياجاته والإسهام في تطويره ورفاهيته، وبالفعل وبعد جهود مضنية ومتواصلة تم إقامة المنشآت والمباني والمرافق، وتم عمل التجهيزات اللازمة والضرورية إلى أن حصلنا على الاعتمادات اللازمة لجامعة غزة من قبل وزارة التربية والتعليم الفلسطينية في العام 2008 شاملاً اعتماد ثلاثة كليات مع برامجها المختلفة لتصبح مؤسسة تعليم عالي فلسطينية مرخصة ومعتمدة، ومع تواصل العمل والجهود من قبل مجلس الإدارة ومع تواصل النشاط الأكاديمي، والأنشطة والفعاليات الأخرى داخل الجامعة وخارجها من قبل رئاسة الجامعة والطواقم الأكاديمية والإدارية، وبالتعاون مع المجتمع المحلي، والتفاعل مع قضاياه المختلفة تحقيقاً لأهداف الجامعة وغاياتها، تطورت مسيرة الجامعة، واستطاعت الحصول ليس فقط على اعتمادات لكليات وبرامج جديدة بل أيضاً استطعنا الحصول على ثقة الوزارة والمؤسسات والمجتمع المحلي بجامعة غزة وطلبتها وخريجيها، وهذا يشكل مصدر فخر واعتزاز لنا جميعاً خاصة وأننا ننطلق اليوم وخلال فترة زمنية قصيرة بعدد 6 كليات ببرامج متنوعة ومتميزة.

This modern and accredited academic institution represents a solid scientific beacon that has been built step by step through the efforts of a group of dedicated individuals from our dear nation. It has become a promising scientific institution that paves its way locally, regionally, and globally despite the difficulties and challenges, both material and moral, imposed by the occupation and the repeated closure and blockade of the borders of the Gaza Strip.

Gaza University was launched as an idea in 2006 and then established as a licensed and accredited institution in 2009. It encompasses several faculties and academic programs including BA and diplomas, in the fields of sciences and humanities. Currently, it has expanded to include numerous master's programs in business administration, media, law, and education. The university currently comprises eight faculties offering 35 distinctive majors. At present, the university is actively seeking additional licenses to open new faculties and offer specialized programs.

The Board of Trustees tirelessly works, in collaboration with the University Presidency, to develop and advance Gaza University, aiming to attain its deserved position among local, Arab, and global higher education institutions. This is achieved through a commitment to quality and excellence by attracting competent individuals in various academic and administrative fields. The Board also seeks to secure financial and moral support for the university and its students.

• Developing strategic plans for the enhancement of all academic programs at the university and adding new specializations that align with job market needs.
• Reviewing recommendations regarding changes to the curricula and all aspects of academic systems.
• Supporting and organizing cultural, social, and sports activities at the university.
• Approving the curricula for academic departments at the university.
• Monitoring the academic development process of the university's programs.
• Maintaining continuous coordination with the Quality Assurance and Academic Development Department to identify the developmental needs of the university.
• Providing the university with advice and observations to improve the performance of the faculties.

يشرفني أن أتحدث إليكم نيابة عن الأخوات والإخوة المؤسسين ونيابة عن مجلس إدارة الشركة الفلسطينية للتعليم العالي والتقني (جامعة غزة).
    لقد بدأت الفكرة في العام 2005 من قبل مجموعة من الإخوة المنتمين لهذا الوطن والمهتمين بإقامة جامعة فلسطينية وطنية مستقلة في غزة هاشم؛ لتشكل إضافة نوعية لا كمية، جامعة رائدة متعددة التخصصات والاهتمامات الأكاديمية والبحثية، ونموذج لجامعة وطنية تأخذ بالمعايير العالمية، من حيث القدرة على تطبيق البحث العلمي ذي المردود المجتمعي، وأن تكون جامعة لكل الفلسطينيين، نستطيع من خلالها تحقيق طموحاتنا في رفد المجتمع الفلسطيني بكوادر شبابية علمية مثقفة ومنتمية لهذا الوطن وهذا المجتمع، وقادرة على تلبية احتياجاته والإسهام في تطويره ورفاهيته، وبالفعل وبعد جهود مضنية ومتواصلة تم إقامة المنشآت والمباني والمرافق، وتم عمل التجهيزات اللازمة والضرورية إلى أن حصلنا على الاعتمادات اللازمة لجامعة غزة من قبل وزارة التربية والتعليم الفلسطينية في العام 2008 شاملاً اعتماد ثلاثة كليات مع برامجها المختلفة لتصبح مؤسسة تعليم عالي فلسطينية مرخصة ومعتمدة، ومع تواصل العمل والجهود من قبل مجلس الإدارة ومع تواصل النشاط الأكاديمي، والأنشطة والفعاليات الأخرى داخل الجامعة وخارجها من قبل رئاسة الجامعة والطواقم الأكاديمية والإدارية، وبالتعاون مع المجتمع المحلي، والتفاعل مع قضاياه المختلفة تحقيقاً لأهداف الجامعة وغاياتها، تطورت مسيرة الجامعة، واستطاعت الحصول ليس فقط على اعتمادات لكليات وبرامج جديدة بل أيضاً استطعنا الحصول على ثقة الوزارة والمؤسسات والمجتمع المحلي بجامعة غزة وطلبتها وخريجيها، وهذا يشكل مصدر فخر واعتزاز لنا جميعاً خاصة وأننا ننطلق اليوم وخلال فترة زمنية قصيرة بعدد 6 كليات ببرامج متنوعة ومتميزة.

During the past few years, GU has achieved noticeable efficiency and advanced progress at various levels, and has become a shining academy of science and scientific research by providing its students with scientific and educational requirements, qualified professors, academic guidance, advanced laboratories, and student activities.  It provides them with an academic platform of scientific, cultural, research and training agreements with institutions and official bodies from inside and outside Palestine.

Gaza University continuously seeks to apply comprehensive quality control standards and spread their culture in various aspects of the educational and administrative processes, thereby reinforcing its position as a bridge of civilized and scientific communication with various scientific institutions and research centers locally, regionally and internationally. This modern and accredited academic institution represents a solid scientific beacon that has been built step by step through the efforts of a group of dedicated individuals from our dear nation. It has become a promising scientific institution that paves its way locally, regionally, and globally despite the difficulties and challenges, both material and moral, imposed by the occupation and the repeated closure and blockade of the borders of the Gaza Strip.

Gaza University was launched as an idea in 2006 and then established as a licensed and accredited institution in 2009. It encompasses several faculties and academic programs including BA and diplomas, in the fields of sciences and humanities. Currently, it has expanded to include numerous master's programs in business administration, media, law, and education. The university currently comprises eight faculties offering 35 distinctive majors. At present, the university is actively seeking additional licenses to open new faculties and offer specialized programs.

The Board of Trustees tirelessly works, in collaboration with the University Presidency, to develop and advance Gaza University, aiming to attain its deserved position among local, Arab, and global higher education institutions. This is achieved through a commitment to quality and excellence by attracting competent individuals in various academic and administrative fields. The Board also seeks to secure financial and moral support for the university and its students.

In conclusion, I would like to appeal to the university staff, academics, administrators, the University Presidency, and its Board to exert further efforts in elevating and advancing the university. The tasks of the Finance Committee include:

• Approval of the annual budget proposal.
• Ensuring integrity and transparency.
• Receiving and monitoring donations.
• Ensuring the safety and legality of donation collection methods.
• Preparing reports for major donors and providing them with annual reports for tax purposes.

The tasks of the Academic Committee include:

• Developing strategic plans for the enhancement of all academic programs at the university and adding new specializations that align with job market needs.
• Reviewing recommendations regarding changes to the curricula and all aspects of academic systems.
• Supporting and organizing cultural, social, and sports activities at the university.
• Approving the curricula for academic departments at the university.
• Monitoring the academic development process of the university's programs.
• Maintaining continuous coordination with the Quality Assurance and Academic Development Department to identify the developmental needs of the university.
• Providing the university with advice and observations to improve the performance of the faculties.

The tasks of the Development and Projects Committee include:

• Evaluating proposed engineering studies for projects.
• Studying and rehabilitating buildings and facilities, improving their structural efficiency, and providing technical solutions.
• Assessing and studying major projects.
• Monitoring and evaluating technical studies for projects within the university.
• Monitoring the implementation of construction projects funded by donations.
• Participating in acceptance committees for completed projects by the Construction Department.
• Reviewing monthly reports on project implementation and summarizing the achievements of the Construction Department.

The tasks of the International Relations Committee include:

• Introducing the university's activities and gaining community support to build a positive reputation for the university and its branches.
• Establishing appropriate communication channels with the local, regional, and international community.
• Participating in the development of preventive and remedial plans to enhance the university's image in society.
• Contributing to the development of a specific communication strategy.
• Reviewing various publications issued by the university in terms of content and preparation.
• Connecting the university with universities and governments worldwide through continuous communication and participation in various events.
• Organizing national, social, and religious events.

The Friends of the University Program, under the supervision of the Board of Trustees, has the following objectives:

• Upholding the famous saying, "A friend in need is a friend indeed."
• Supporting the university morally, academically, and financially.
• Strengthening relationships between the university and the community, as well as fostering friendships with other universities.
• Providing assistance to the university and mobilizing support during times of tension, war, and unjust sieges that affect the lives and well-being of students.
• Participating in joyful moments, celebrations, and international conferences alongside the university.
• Unifying efforts and organizing work to achieve the highest possible benefit from the community and international solidarity provided to the university.

Gaza University is an independent national university, and part of a wider Palestinian university education system. It was established in Gaza City to be an academic beacon that provides educational services for scientific and professional development and enhancement of the Palestinian society. It specializes in higher education and scientific research, including studies in Computer Science and Information Technology, Administrative and Financial Sciences, Communication Sciences, Languages and Translation, Education, and Law.

On July 18, 2007, Gaza University initially earned recognition as a new higher education institution accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education. On January 27, 2008, the University received the final recognition from the Ministry of Higher Education to become a new institution of higher education in the academic year of 2008/2009. Later, it proceeded with the accreditation of its faculties and announced programs.

The philosophy of the university is in accordance with that of higher education in Palestine and in line with modern systems in the world's top universities, promoting the interests and goals of educational, cultural, social and economic development of the Palestinian people through educating the Palestinians and enhancing their abilities and skills.

Gaza University follows the best Arabic and international academic models in university education, where science and applied research are appreciated and given major importance, and effective and active learning for the students is encouraged.     لقد بدأت الفكرة في العام 2005 من قبل مجموعة من الإخوة المنتمين لهذا الوطن والمهتمين بإقامة جامعة فلسطينية وطنية مستقلة في غزة هاشم؛ لتشكل إضافة نوعية لا كمية، جامعة رائدة متعددة التخصصات والاهتمامات الأكاديمية والبحثية، ونموذج لجامعة وطنية تأخذ بالمعايير العالمية، من حيث القدرة على تطبيق البحث العلمي ذي المردود المجتمعي، وأن تكون جامعة لكل الفلسطينيين، نستطيع من خلالها تحقيق طموحاتنا في رفد المجتمع الفلسطيني بكوادر شبابية علمية مثقفة ومنتمية لهذا الوطن وهذا المجتمع، وقادرة على تلبية احتياجاته والإسهام في تطويره ورفاهيته، وبالفعل وبعد جهود مضنية ومتواصلة تم إقامة المنشآت والمباني والمرافق، وتم عمل التجهيزات اللازمة والضرورية إلى أن حصلنا على الاعتمادات اللازمة لجامعة غزة من قبل وزارة التربية والتعليم الفلسطينية في العام 2008 شاملاً اعتماد ثلاثة كليات مع برامجها المختلفة لتصبح مؤسسة تعليم عالي فلسطينية مرخصة ومعتمدة، ومع تواصل العمل والجهود من قبل مجلس الإدارة ومع تواصل النشاط الأكاديمي، والأنشطة والفعاليات الأخرى داخل الجامعة وخارجها من قبل رئاسة الجامعة والطواقم الأكاديمية والإدارية، وبالتعاون مع المجتمع المحلي، والتفاعل مع قضاياه المختلفة تحقيقاً لأهداف الجامعة وغاياتها، تطورت مسيرة الجامعة، واستطاعت الحصول ليس فقط على اعتمادات لكليات وبرامج جديدة بل أيضاً استطعنا الحصول على ثقة الوزارة والمؤسسات والمجتمع المحلي بجامعة غزة وطلبتها وخريجيها، وهذا يشكل مصدر فخر واعتزاز لنا جميعاً خاصة وأننا ننطلق اليوم وخلال فترة زمنية قصيرة بعدد 6 كليات ببرامج متنوعة ومتميزة.

    الأخوات والإخوة طواقم العمل الأكاديمي والإداري في الجامعة إنني وأنا أتقدم إليكم جميعاً باسم مجلس الإدارة بالشكر والتقدير مثمناً عالياً جهودكم في المشاركة في بناء هذه المؤسسة الوطنية، فإنني أدعوكم لمزيد من الجهد والعطاء والمثابرة لإيصال جامعتنا -جامعة غزة- إلى المكانة المرموقة والمتميزة بين مثيلاتها من المؤسسات الأكاديمية ليس في الوطن فقط ، ولكن على مستوى المحيط الإقليمي بإذن الله.
    طلابنا الأعزاء... باسم مجلس الإدارة نشكركم على انتمائكم لجامعتكم  -جامعة غزة-  ونقدر لكم عالياً حرصكم على رفع شأن واسم الجامعة، وندعوكم لأن تكونوا خير سفراء لهذه الجامعة في خدمة وطنكم ومجتمعكم الفلسطيني مستغلين ما اكتسبتموه من خبرات علمية وأكاديمية وتكنولوجية حديثة ومتطورة.

    كما وأتقدم لكل الإخوة المؤسسين وأخص بالذكر أعضاء مجلس الإدارة، بالشكر والتقدير والاحترام على جهودهم المتواصلة في دعم وبناء هذه المؤسسة التعليمية المتميزة، وحرصهم الشديد على تقديم كل ما يلزم لتطويرها، ودفعها إلى الأمام، وهنا لابد أن أستذكر أحد أهم الإخوة المؤسسين الأوائل لهذه المؤسسة، أخي وصديقي العزيز رئيس مجلس الإدارة السابق المغفور له بإذن الله الدكتور المهندس/ موسى سليم، الذي كان له  دور كبير منذ البدايات في إنشاء هذه الجامعة، ودفع الفكرة بمثابرة واجتهاد إلى الأمام وقد رحل عنا قبل أن يستكمل هذا الحلم، ولكننا نعاهده جميعاً أن نبقى على العهد لإتمام هذه الرسالة السامية نحو تطوير الجامعة واستكمال بنائها لتصبح جامعة متميزة يشار لها بالبنان، فإلى جنات الخلد إن شاء الله مع الشهداء والصديقين وحسن أولئك رفيقاً.
    والشكر موصول للإخوة الأفاضل رئيس وأعضاء مجلس الأمناء على جهودهم وعملهم المتواصل لدعم الجامعة وتطويرها ودفعها إلى الأمام.

It is my pleasure to be the President of the GU, and I would like to welcome you all and wish you great success, after you have chosen this university to pursue the studies and the specializations you prefer and feel that you will excel in. I hope that you will achieve the desired results that lead you to the distinguished future you dream of.

During the past few years, GU has achieved noticeable efficiency and advanced progress at various levels, and has become a shining academy of science and scientific research by providing its students with scientific and educational requirements, qualified professors, academic guidance, advanced laboratories, and student activities.  It provides them with an academic platform of scientific, cultural, research and training agreements with institutions and official bodies from inside and outside Palestine.

Gaza University continuously seeks to apply comprehensive quality control standards and spread their culture in various aspects of the educational and administrative processes, thereby reinforcing its position as a bridge of civilized and scientific communication with various scientific institutions and research centers locally, regionally and internationally. GU is committed to provide the job market with creative graduates able to play vital roles in the development of society economically, cognitively, and socially through appropriate digital, applied, and research disciplines that emerge from its mission and vision. In the same approach, GU will diversify its academic programs in line with market needs, social communication, creative environment, advanced curricula, and expected levels of access, as well providing the students with accessibility to international and regional academic platforms.

I am pleased and honored, on my behalf and on behalf of the Board of Trustees of Gaza University, to express my pride and admiration for this magnificent institution. This modern and accredited academic institution represents a solid scientific beacon that has been built step by step through the efforts of a group of dedicated individuals from our dear nation. It has become a promising scientific institution that paves its way locally, regionally, and globally despite the difficulties and challenges, both material and moral, imposed by the occupation and the repeated closure and blockade of the borders of the Gaza Strip.

Gaza University was launched as an idea in 2006 and then established as a licensed and accredited institution in 2009. It encompasses several faculties and academic programs including BA and diplomas, in the fields of sciences and humanities. Currently, it has expanded to include numerous master's programs in business administration, media, law, and education. The university currently comprises eight faculties offering 35 distinctive majors. At present, the university is actively seeking additional licenses to open new faculties and offer specialized programs.

The Board of Trustees tirelessly works, in collaboration with the University Presidency, to develop and advance Gaza University, aiming to attain its deserved position among local, Arab, and global higher education institutions. This is achieved through a commitment to quality and excellence by attracting competent individuals in various academic and administrative fields. The Board also seeks to secure financial and moral support for the university and its students.

In conclusion, I would like to appeal to the university staff, academics, administrators, the University Presidency, and its Board to exert further efforts in elevating and advancing the university. I also address a call to the students, urging them to remain committed to their university, preserve it, and exert every possible effort to succeed and excel in their educational journey.

The tasks of the Finance Committee include:

• Approval of the annual budget proposal.
• Ensuring integrity and transparency.
• Receiving and monitoring donations.
• Ensuring the safety and legality of donation collection methods.
• Preparing reports for major donors and providing them with annual reports for tax purposes.

The tasks of the Academic Committee include:

• Developing strategic plans for the enhancement of all academic programs at the university and adding new specializations that align with job market needs.
• Reviewing recommendations regarding changes to the curricula and all aspects of academic systems.
• Supporting and organizing cultural, social, and sports activities at the university.
• Approving the curricula for academic departments at the university.
• Monitoring the academic development process of the university's programs.
• Maintaining continuous coordination with the Quality Assurance and Academic Development Department to identify the developmental needs of the university.
• Providing the university with advice and observations to improve the performance of the faculties.

The tasks of the Development and Projects Committee include:

• Evaluating proposed engineering studies for projects.
• Studying and rehabilitating buildings and facilities, improving their structural efficiency, and providing technical solutions.
• Assessing and studying major projects.
• Monitoring and evaluating technical studies for projects within the university.
• Monitoring the implementation of construction projects funded by donations.
• Participating in acceptance committees for completed projects by the Construction Department.
• Reviewing monthly reports on project implementation and summarizing the achievements of the Construction Department.

The tasks of the International Relations Committee include:

• Introducing the university's activities and gaining community support to build a positive reputation for the university and its branches.
• Establishing appropriate communication channels with the local, regional, and international community.
• Participating in the development of preventive and remedial plans to enhance the university's image in society.
• Contributing to the development of a specific communication strategy.
• Reviewing various publications issued by the university in terms of content and preparation.
• Connecting the university with universities and governments worldwide through continuous communication and participation in various events.
• Organizing national, social, and religious events.

The Friends of the University Program, under the supervision of the Board of Trustees, has the following objectives:

• Upholding the famous saying, "A friend in need is a friend indeed."
• Supporting the university morally, academically, and financially.
• Strengthening relationships between the university and the community, as well as fostering friendships with other universities.
• Providing assistance to the university and mobilizing support during times of tension, war, and unjust sieges that affect the lives and well-being of students.
• Participating in joyful moments, celebrations, and international conferences alongside the university.
• Unifying efforts and organizing work to achieve the highest possible benefit from the community and international solidarity provided to the university.
• Preserving the leading and distinguished role of various sectors of the local, regional, and international community, and their continuous efforts to provide all necessary support to continue the university's progress and work.​​​​​​​

1. دعم استقلالية الجامعة، واتخاذ جميع الوسائل المؤدية إلى رفع شأنها وتمكينها من أداء رسالتها وتحقيق أهدافها.
2. تعزيز التواصل بين الجامعة والمجتمع وتطوير قدرات الجامعة الخدماتية.
3. المساهمة في وضع رؤية وتصور للجامعة لتمكينها من توفير البيئة المناسبة للتعليم والتعلم، والبحث، وخدمة المجتمع.

• التأكد من التزام الجامعة برسالتها، من حيث:

1. توفير البيئة الملائمة لتعليمٍ عالٍ متميز.
2. توفير الاحتياجات اللازمة لجعل الطلبة قادرين على التعامل مع تكنولوجيا المعلومات، وتوظيفها في خدمة المجتمع.
3. حث إدارة الجامعة والطلبة على الإبداع والبحث والابتكار.
4. التأكد من أن إدارة الجامعة وبرامجها تحفّز الطلبة علمياً وثقافياً وتربوياً، ليكونوا مواطنين فاعلين في بناء وتطور المجتمع.

• التأكد من قيام الجامعة بدور طليعي ورائد في خدمة وتطوير المجتمع الفلسطيني.
• التأكد من توفير البيئة المناسبة للباحثين في شتى المجالات العلمية والأكاديمية.
• اعتماد كافة الاتفاقيات والتشبيك والشراكات مع كافة الجهات خارج الجامعة.
• حشد وتوفير الدعم اللازم لتحقيق ما ورد بعاليه، ومساعدة الطلبة من الأسر المهمشة.

التزام مجلس الأمناء:

• مجلس امناء جامعة غزة مُلتزم بالشباب والشابات في قطاع غزة، حيث يلتزم بالعمل على تمكين الطلاب الفلسطينيين من قطاع غزة والمحتاجين والمحرومين من تجاوز حالة الفقر والحصار والنقص في الموارد كافة لتحقيق آمالهم في التعليم العالي.

مهمتنا:

• مهمتنا هي المساعدة في إعداد علماء المستقبل وصناع القرار والمعلمين ورجال الأعمال في فلسطين.

رؤيتنا:

• مجلس الأمناء يؤمن أن التعليم الجيد، والتفكير الناقد، واتباع خطوات التفكير الاستقرائي، وفهم الثقافة المجتمعية والعالمية تمهد الطريق الأساسي لتحقيق سلامة المجتمع والاستقرار والتنمية.
• مجلس الأمناء هو عبارة عن هيئة غير ربحية تشرف على الجامعة وفق الأهداف والمهام المذكورة آنفاً، ويقع ضمن مهامه العاجلة خدمة المحتاجين من الشباب الفلسطينيين (طلبة الجامعة)، وخاصة أولئك المحرومين من أبناء قطاع غزة من خلال تأمين وإدارة المنح الدراسية لجميع البرامج الأكاديمية في جامعة غزة، حيث يتم تحديد الطلبة المحتاجين بمشاركة إدارة شؤون الطلاب، والجمعيات النسائية، والشؤون الاجتماعية، ولجان الأحياء لجعل رسالتنا حقيقة واقعة.
