Welcome to the Deanship of Community Service and Continuing Education, where the Department of Vocational and Technical Training was established in 2017. The department offers specialized and diverse programs that meet the needs of the labor market and target all segments of society, including high school graduates, institute and university graduates, providing them with greater opportunities for employment or self-employment and addressing the increasing problem of unemployment among community members.
The student is awarded:
- A certified diploma at the professional and technical level, equivalent to 600 training hours, earned over one academic year, divided into two or three semesters. This diploma qualifies them to apply for official positions in both the public and private sectors, or to obtain licenses for self-owned projects by proving the acquired profession mentioned in the graduation certificate.
- The department also offers certificates for professional and technical courses, with a duration of 80 to 120 training hours over three months.
