The objectives of the Faculty of Education were formulated in accordance with the university's objectives, vision, and mission, which emanated from the strategic document for the preparation and qualification of teachers in Palestine, and assist them to pace with. The objectives are summarized as follows:

• Improving the process of preparing and qualifying teachers through high-quality educational programs in various disciplines.
• Keeping abreast of educational and technological developments, and employing them in various fields of preparing and qualifying teachers.
• Preparing teachers who have a general culture, and the necessary knowledge in their field of specialization.
• Preparing teachers capable of serving the community psychologically, socially, and educationally.
• Preparing teachers who learn from their experiences and develop themselves through their self-evaluation and through their interaction with others.
• Preparing teachers who possess scientific research skills and are able to carry out educational and procedural research and employ them in educational issues and problems facing education and the educational system.
• Developing the capabilities of the faculty members and the academic and administrative staff of  FE and providing them with the technical and technological skills necessary to perform their roles effectively.
• Strengthening the concept of community participation, and enhancing cooperation between FE and civil society institutions, with the aim of helping graduates find suitable job opportunities.
• Preparing graduates who are able to complete their postgraduate studies in their field of specialization or in any field related to the educational process.
