Emad Al-Masri, currently is working as freelance consultant for many local and international organizations. He worked as consultant for the World Bank and Palestinian Prime Minister Office (PMO) to monitor and track the process of Gaza recovery and reconstruction and to support the National Office for Recovery of Gaza (NORG). Also, he worked as the director of IRADA program that is funded by the Turkish government to help and support about 1,500 people with disability affected by war on Gaza in 2008. The program helps people with disability to gain the proper skills and knowledge to reintegrate with local business community. He spent two years at AMIDEAST at the Model Schools Network (MSN) Program that helped the local Gaza Schools to use the technology as a tool of education. Initiated INJAZ-Palestine office in Gaza 2008 that promotes innovations and involvement among young student people to start planning for their future career and academic track. Worked for more than 7 years with one of the biggest USAID projects called TAMKEEN as IT Specialist and manager for the IT component and grants. The project aimed at helping the local Gaza NGOs to be fully community engaged institutions in the aspects of democracy and good governance, where to use ICT as a tool and a core to achieve those aspects. In addition, with group of interested people in ICT in Gaza, he launched the first syndicate that is fully involved in improving the skills and capabilities of ICT graduates in Gaza Strip through PICTA the first syndicate dedicated for ICT graduates and workers. Mr. Al-Masri, is deeply involved in innovations and incubations. He used to deliver some mentorship and orientation for many successful entrepreneurs in Gaza Strip.
